Thank you for shopping with GM Service Guy. We are committed to delivering your order accurately and in good condition.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Where We Ship
We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. We do not currently ship to other countries.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination.

Canadian Orders: Duties and Taxes
Prices and shipping charges at checkout do not include Canadian import duties, taxes (GST/HST/PST), or carrier brokerage fees. These are collected by the carrier at delivery and are the customer's responsibility. Orders refused because of these charges are not eligible for a refund of the original shipping cost, and return shipping charges may be deducted from any refund.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number you can use to monitor your shipment.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos, as described in our Refund & Return Policy. If your order has not arrived, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can open a claim with the carrier.
