That is decisive. A GM bulletin naming P305D and repairing a DC/DC converter is not compatible with P305D being an oxygen sensor temperature code.

A second bulletin points the same way: 22-NA-214 is reported to cover stop/start inhibited with battery monitor and intelligent battery sensor concerns, listing P305D alongside U152D, P15FF, P305E and U01B0 — again the 12-volt power domain, not the exhaust.

If a shop quotes you an oxygen sensor for a P305D, ask them to show you where that definition comes from. The manufacturer's own documentation puts this code somewhere else entirely.
